Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

We're Here!

We're finally here in our new house and we're almost done unpacking all the boxes which means I'll be on more often. I finally got internet access today so I'm very happy. I came on though to discover that I had 14 messages, 35 deviations, and devart had put up V6. I think that's the most messages I've ever had at once

. V6 is pretty cool, I'm getting used to it. I beta tested it for a few days before my sub ran out (before I moved) so I knew what it was going to look like.

So as some people know I moved to the UK (it's nice here). To get here though we took the Queen Mary 2 (QM2) instead of flying (yay for no long flights). It was really nice onboard and everything was very fancy at meal times. Three of the nights were formal and everyone dressed up in suits/tuxes and long formal dresses. You could also eat at any time you wanted (even in the middle of the night) because there was always a buffet open somewhere and there was room service 24/7.

Our new house is nice but it's old (from what I'm told a lot of houses in England are old). It's smaller than our old house because it has no basement but our backyard is nice. We have a garden with roses in it and I took some pictures. I really like taking pictures of flowers, I don't know why.

Does anyone have any suggestions on things to see in England, I'll be living here for awhile so I might as well go sightseeing. I can take the bus and the tube in London (guess where I live

) plus my family has a vehicle but I don't plan on driving yet (not after seeing how tight the roads are here compared to Canada).

I'll stop boring you and let you get on with your lives so I'm ending this journal here.
