Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Me, Myself, and I

Journal

Lots of things have been going on lately. I drove for the first time today in a vehicle. I got my learners licence on Monday and was very excited. I thought for sure I was going to crash but thankfully I didn't

. We were using some unused roads (the kind with the sign that says use at own risk). I was excited because it's my first time and nervous too because I was using a minivan (and it's big). Hopefully I'll get some more driving time soon, practice makes perfect.
I've also been very busy lately with school and other events. School has been providing me with lots of homework so I have very little time to get on the computer some days. I do come on to devart everytime I can to read my messages and such.

I also haven't made anything new lately because I'm lazy (and usually don't have time) and I don't feel very creative. I'm almost done my FMA drawing of Ed that I told my friend I would draw, I just need to do a bit more detail then ink it and colour it on the computer. So the rough is almost done

Finally the weather is getting warmer, which is good. I liked the winter but it was lasting too long.
I got some software called contextfree, I'm trying to learn the codes so I can make stuff instead of using the examples because I think the software and the stuff you can make with it are pretty cool. I it is free of course

I also updated inkscape, I'm going to play with the new live path tool and see what I can do.

That's all I can think of for now, I don't really update my journal very much unless something big happens or I think about updating it. I was thinking abour getting a new CSS for my journal but I dunno now. If you find any good css send me a note or comment here. I like dark css (I also like dark backgrounds too

) but light works too

Also, I took out the features section because I don't feel like finding features for every journal I post.
